Terms of Service
Effective Date: 17 April, 2024
🔍 Plain English Summary (The Short Version)
We know you’re busy. Here’s what you need to know upfront:
- You’re in control. You can get or release a NumberForLife any time. No contracts. Cancel whenever you like.
- It costs £14.95/month. This includes 60 minutes free, thereafter calls cost 9p/min. If you don’t pay, your service gets paused.
- We’ll contact you only when needed. That includes billing, tech issues, or if we’re launching new features.
- You must prove your identity. We follow UK Know Your Customer rules. If we can’t confirm who you are through OFCOM-regulated checks, we can’t let you use the service.
- Extra fees? Your mobile, internet, or landline provider might charge you on top of our costs.
- We use platforms including AWS, Stripe and Twilio. They help power our service, and their terms apply too.
- We’re not liable. If something goes wrong or you lose money because of a technical or fraudulent issue, we’re not responsible — but we’ll do our best to help.
